These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the orin23 platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services. You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited to register and play on orin23. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal.
Minimum deposit is Rp 25.000 via local bank transfer or e-wallet. Withdrawals are processed within 3–15 minutes to verified accounts at BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
All bonuses on orin23 carry clearly stated wagering requirements between 3x and 20x depending on bonus type. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until turnover conditions are met. Full terms apply per individual promotion.
Each player may hold exactly one orin23 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited. Shared household accounts require prior notification to support.

Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and orin23 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To register and use the orin23 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: orin23 reserves the right to suspend any Account pending age verification at any time. Any winnings accrued on an Account that is subsequently found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be forfeited in full and the Account closed permanently.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active Account on orin23. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. orin23 may close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances at its sole discretion.
During registration you are required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. This information must be accurate and current at all times.
Before any withdrawal request is processed, orin23 requires Players to complete a KYC verification process. You will be asked to submit:
orin23 processes KYC submissions within 1–3 business days. Accounts that fail to pass KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have their balance held until verification is successfully completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. orin23 will never request your password via email, live chat, or WhatsApp. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify orin23 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
orin23 may suspend or restrict an Account at any time for the purposes of security checks, KYC verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. During a suspension, the Account balance remains intact. orin23 will communicate the reason for any suspension by email within a reasonable timeframe unless doing so would compromise an active investigation.
orin23 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No foreign currency transfers or cryptocurrency deposits are currently accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though orin23 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for deposits exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction as part of anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed on a first-in, first-out basis. Standard processing times are:
orin23 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, receiving banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction fees, over which orin23 has no control.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the verified orin23 Account holder. orin23 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Requests that do not meet this requirement will be declined and the Player notified by email.
Player deposit balances are held in accounts segregated from orin23's operational funds. This ensures that your balance is protected and available for withdrawal at all times, independent of orin23's business activities.
orin23 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Bonus Terms.
All Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type:
Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute differently toward Wagering Requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%; RNG slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Bonus Funds that are not wagered to the required level within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. No extension will be granted except in exceptional circumstances at orin23's sole discretion.
orin23 monitors betting patterns for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed exclusively to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple Accounts to claim a single promotion, and coordinated group play. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have its bonus balance forfeited and may be restricted from future promotions.
Note on Mix Parlay bonuses: The Accumulator Boost promotion for mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets applies only to bets with a minimum of 4 selections and minimum odds of 1.5 per leg. Boosted winnings are treated as Bonus Funds and carry a 5x wagering requirement.
All bets placed on orin23 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. orin23 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed posted maximum stake limits or bets placed on events affected by suspicious market movements.
Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed and a unique bet reference number is assigned. orin23 uses decimal odds format by default, with Asian Handicap and Hong Kong odds available for applicable markets. Displayed odds are accurate at time of page rendering; live odds during in-play events change in real time and the confirmed odds at bet placement are final.
A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours, technical errors in odds publication, or where a bet has been accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds. orin23 will notify affected Players by email and the stake will be returned to the Account Balance promptly.
All random number generator (RNG) games — including slots, togel-style number games, and virtual sports — use certified RNG systems independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available for all games in the orin23 game lobby.
Live casino games are subject to the specific rules of each game as presented by the live dealer and published in the game-specific help section. In the event of a disconnection during a live game hand, the outcome will be determined by the Platform's recorded result. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised within 48 hours of the session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the orin23 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the orin23 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, software, interface designs, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of orin23 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from orin23.
Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by orin23 under license. Any misuse of such content may expose you to direct legal action by the rights holders.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, orin23 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
orin23's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. orin23 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk.

If we have reason to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended and no withdrawals will be processed pending identity verification. orin23 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining verified Balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days of the closure request, provided all KYC and wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which orin23 holds its international gaming license. Players agree that any unresolved dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indonesian consumer protection regulations to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
orin23 does not represent or warrant that the Platform or its services comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction other than those under which the Platform is licensed. It is each Player's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
orin23 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and post a notice on the Platform homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2 above.
