orin23 was founded with a single conviction: Indonesian players deserve a world-class online betting experience that matches international standards — in English, in Rupiah, with local payment methods and genuine 24/7 support. Everything we build is in service of that goal.
Who We Are
orin23 was established over seven years ago by a team of gaming industry professionals who recognized a clear gap in the Indonesian market: internationally minded players — those who prefer English-language interfaces, transparent bonus terms, and globally benchmarked odds — had nowhere purpose-built to play. Every platform at the time was either a generic global product with poor local payment support, or a local site with substandard security and opaque terms. orin23 was built to bridge that divide.
From our first day of operation, we made three non-negotiable commitments. First, all player funds would be held in segregated accounts and every payout request would be processed without unnecessary delays — withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri now typically clear in under fifteen minutes. Second, every promotion on orin23 would carry clearly published wagering requirements and expiry dates — no small print buried in a pop-up. Third, responsible gaming would be treated as a genuine priority, not a regulatory checkbox.
Today, orin23 serves millions of registered members across Indonesia's major cities — from Jakarta and Surabaya to Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Bali — offering sports betting on BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, and the FIFA World Cup, alongside live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming, thousands of slot titles from Pragmatic Play and Pocket Games Soft, and traditional games including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and crash games like Aviator. The platform runs entirely in IDR, eliminating the conversion confusion that frustrates players on global sites.
Our product team ships updates on a weekly cycle — new game releases every Thursday, odds improvements driven by real player-feedback data, and mobile performance tweaks that keep the platform fast on mid-range Android devices common across Indonesia. We don't believe in "good enough." Every session on orin23 should feel polished, fast, and fair.
The name orin23 carries deliberate meaning within our company culture: "ori" references authenticity — an original platform, not a reskin — and "23" reflects our founding team's collective belief that a player's 21st birthday marks the proper start of responsible adult entertainment. We enforce the 21+ age policy strictly, every account, every registration, no exceptions.
Looking ahead, orin23 is investing in expanded live sports coverage for Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda) matches, a dedicated sabung ayam (traditional Indonesian cockfighting) game lobby, and an upgraded VIP concierge program for Diamond-tier members. Our mission has not changed since day one: to be the platform Indonesian players trust most when the stakes matter.
Our Journey
orin23 launches as a sports betting-focused site targeting Indonesia's English-preference player segment, initially covering EPL and La Liga markets with BCA and BRI deposit support.
Partnership with Evolution Gaming brings HD live Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack tables to orin23, with Indonesian-speaking dealers available during peak WIB hours.
Over 2,000 slot titles added from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Weekly slot gacor (high-payout featured slot game) highlights introduced — now one of our most popular content features.
OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja payment channels added, enabling instant deposits and withdrawals without interbank clearing delays.
Full BRI Liga 1 match coverage added across all fixture weeks, including Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United — the clubs Indonesia's betting community cares about most.
Four-tier VIP program (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) launched with personal account managers, bespoke withdrawal limits, and private event access for elite members.
What We Stand For
Every product decision, every support interaction, and every policy at orin23 is grounded in these five values.
Every bonus, every house edge figure, every withdrawal timeline is published plainly. orin23 does not hide conditions — we believe informed players are our most loyal players.
We provide deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools because long-term player health matters more to us than short-term revenue. 21+ only, enforced without exception.
Slow payouts destroy trust. orin23 processes withdrawal requests within minutes, not days — backed by real-time banking integrations with BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and all major e-wallets.
Our support team is staffed with Indonesian-speaking agents around the clock. Every piece of feedback shapes our product roadmap — we read every support ticket and every review.
orin23 invests heavily in platform stability, mobile optimization, and game library freshness. Our engineering team deploys improvements weekly without taking the platform offline.
We cover BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda), AFF Cup, and Piala Indonesia with the depth and enthusiasm of a platform that genuinely cares about Indonesian football — not just as a traffic keyword.
Platform Highlights
Every balance, bet slip, and bonus on orin23 is denominated in Indonesian Rupiah. No conversion fees, no decimal confusion — just Rp amounts displayed clearly throughout the interface.

All RNG titles on orin23 are independently certified by recognized testing laboratories. RTP percentages are published for every game in the lobby, giving players the information they need to choose wisely.
Native Indonesian-speaking agents handle live chat and WhatsApp queries daily. Average first response is under 3 minutes during standard WIB hours. Email support at [email protected] typically responds within 1–3 hours.
orin23 is engineered for mobile browsers — no app download required. The interface loads in under 3 seconds on standard Indonesian mobile connections and works smoothly on entry-level Android devices.
Indonesia First
Indonesia is not an afterthought for orin23 — it is our entire focus. We have spent over seven years building relationships with local payment processors, studying the betting habits of players from Jakarta to Makassar, and calibrating our sports coverage around the events that matter most to an Indonesian audience: BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Timnas Indonesia World Cup qualifiers, badminton Grand Slams, the Thomas Cup, and the Piala AFF.
We understand that Indonesian players come from diverse backgrounds — a Javanese player in Yogyakarta, a Batak player in Medan, and a Balinese player enjoying the platform during non-Nyepi days all have different preferences. Our customer support team is trained in regional context, and our promotions calendar accounts for Indonesia's rich array of public holidays and cultural moments.
orin23 also takes its responsible gaming commitments seriously in the Indonesian context. We work to ensure that the platform is used recreationally and never to the detriment of a player's financial or personal wellbeing. Our Responsible Gaming page provides detailed guidance and self-help tools.
Trust & Security
Security is not a feature on orin23 — it is the foundation. Every layer of the platform is built to protect player data, funds, and fair play.
All data transmitted between your browser and orin23's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with 256-bit AES — the same standard used by major international banks.
Every withdrawal account must pass a KYC (Know Your Customer) identity check against a valid KTP. This prevents fraud, money laundering, and underage access simultaneously.
All RNG game outcomes on orin23 are generated by cryptographically secure random number generators certified by independent testing laboratories for statistical fairness.
Player deposit balances are held separately from orin23 operational funds. Your balance is never used for business expenses — it is always available for withdrawal on demand.
